		<description>i really have a major problem here. i bought a psp (refirbished) from china. well most of their psp there are refirbished so you cant really tell. i want to know if the system is hackable or not since i cant figure out a way to know because the serial number and other authenticating stuff looks tampered. the version says 4.01 and i cant play any games with this. only umd games. help</description>
